Sabrina is an herbalist, poet, and the voice behind Moonbeam.

Her work explores what it means to live cyclically and in accordance with the natural cycles of womanhood — descent and emergence, death and rebirth, shedding old skin and regrowing feathers. She blends body literacy with poetry, herbal wisdom, and a belief that the underworld is a fertile space.

She's the creator of Chaos & Control, a documentary podcast on the history of birth control in America. Her poetry and other creative work has appeared in several publications and anthologies, including Cordella Magazine, Luna Luna Magazine, Bitch Magazine, and the Women’s Media Center.

She has a background in medical sociology, is a certified women's herbal educator, and has over a decade of training in women's health under both traditional medical and holistic teachers like Dr. Aviva Romm and Dr. Clara Bailey.
