We take a holistic approach, addressing body, mind, heart, and spirit. Each session is highly personalized to you, your cycle, and your intentions.
In Cyclical Being Sessions, we can explore:

Meet Sabrina
Sabrina is certified as a women’s herbal educator and has a background in medical sociology. Her work is both evidence-based and magical, centered around holistic wellbeing and body literacy, and grounded in her own personal experience with difficult periods and navigating an autoimmune disorder.
She has a decade of training in women’s health, anatomy, and holistic healing under both traditional medical and holistic teachers, including Dr. Aviva Romm, Dr. Clara Bailey, and brilliant herbalists like Raven Rose and Qiddist Ashe.
Importantly, her work recognizes the power in embracing our shadows and exploring our depths. It’s rooted in an understanding that the underworld isn’t only a necessary part of life — it’s a fertile space. Subversive and rebellious, but reverent and sacred. Poetic, erotic, esoteric. Her work offers resources, reflections, and a guiding light as you embark on your own underworld journey.

Life happens! You are welcome to reschedule or cancel your session at any time, as long as you provide 24 hours notice.
For appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or for no-show appointments, you will be charged the full session fee for the appointment.

Have more questions or want to go deeper? You are welcome to book as many follow-up sessions as you’d like for ongoing support.
If you are looking for long-term support, 3-month and 6-month package options are available as well.

Sabrina is an educator, not a medical professional. Her basic approach is to combine alternative healing methods with the latest scientific findings and clinical practices. Because each client is unique, she will use various methods in her work with clients. Her basic healing philosophy is to offer you the support needed to restore your ability to experience balance and harmony in your health.
The focus of her assessment of your health is to focus on identifying patterns of strength and weakness. Using this information, depending on your wishes, she will make recommendations that may include nutrition, herbs, supplements, counseling and lifestyle. Her recommendations also include suggestions for creating physical, emotional, mental and/or spiritual balance.
She is NOT a medical doctor nor does she practice standard Western medical assessment, diagnosis or treatment. She does not claim to cure disease, nor does she offer advice about the use of any type of pharmaceuticals or medications at any time.
