A place for cyclical beings
A hub for harmonizing your menstrual cycle & realigning with your cyclical rhythms

An exploration of cyclicality, body literacy, & holistic wellbeing ☾
Moonbeam is a women’s health education hub dedicated to helping cyclical beings harmonize their menstrual cycle through body literacy and holistic practices.
Founded in 2021 by herbalist & women’s health education Sabrina Rose, Moonbeam is a different kind of women’s health platform. It’s real, gritty, sometimes bloody. It understands the self in context of history and society. It’s body, spirit, heart, shadow. Herbs and simple practices. Evidence-based and magical. Subversive and rebellious, but reverent and sacred. Poetic, erotic, esoteric. Rooted, not trendy.
Moonbeam is a space for cyclical beings to explore their cyclical nature & come into harmony with their inherent rhythms.
Here, the cycle is a source of power and wisdom. Like the moon, we wax and wane. To be a cyclical being is to walk the life/death/rebirth spiral ꩜ To bleed is to go through a lifetime of transformative deaths and rebirths.
This is a place that honors the darkness just as much as the light. That recognizes the power in embracing our shadows, in exploring our depths. Here, the underworld isn’t only a necessary part of life — it’s a fertile space ✷

“While [in the underworld of female knowing], we are infused with instinctive language and knowledge. From that vantage point we understand what cannot be so easily understood from the point of view of the topside world.” Clarissa Pinkola Estés
